Fire Damage – Edgewater House

Fire damage at this Edgewater home created a near total loss. The family was devastated and fearful that their home would need to be demolished. However, SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach – Titusville was able to clean up the fire and water damage and restore the majority of the structural elements of the home. The project began with the presentation of a comprehensive plan to rehabilitate the residence. This process always helps the family vision the end of the process as opposed to the devastation surrounding them from the fire damage. The project started with the removal of all the debris and then water extraction. Drying and dehumidification followed aided by air movers and dehumidifiers. The reconstruction process followed. In the end, the family was thrilled with the results.
